I had a previous job is in the field of dealer distribution service which almost in customer service, but serving dealers. Customer service had really awful reputation, I think it really it almost receiving complaints and after complaints, their job scope just serving with complaints.
Angry and nsatisfied customer and also some other problems. But it is a respectable job, and they work in shifts, less work life balance.
Being able to answer to their problems makes it a very great job which left a very happy customer service personnel with their achievement.
